• We handle all confidential information obtained through our business activities in accordance with its intended purpose of use, provision, and disclosure. We will not use such information for any unintended purposes or provide/disclose it to third parties without authorization.
• In handling confidential information, we comply with all relevant laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other applicable standards and contracts. We take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of confidential information.
• We appoint a Confidential Information Protection Manager and implement necessary organizational and technical security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of confidential information. In the event of any incident, we will respond promptly and appropriately with corrective actions.
• We establish a contact point for inquiries and complaints regarding confidential information and respond appropriately to requests for correction, updates, or other inquiries.
• We provide regular training to all employees on the handling of confidential information, ensuring compliance with laws, national guidelines, and internal regulations. We also continuously review and improve our Confidential Information Protection Management System to maintain proper information management.
