We will support the new tax-free system With the increase in foreign tourists, the number of stores eligible to sell tax-free products has been growing.
We provide the electronic system necessary for handling tax-free transactions at duty-free stores, which you may have seen recently in many shopping areas.
Previously, the most time-consuming task after obtaining duty-free store authorization was manually filling out purchase records and pledges,
but with the electronic tax-free system, these records can be automatically generated and attached, eliminating manual work and enabling faster, more efficient processing.
By providing and supporting the system as an authorized transmission service provider,
we can help your company quickly digitize its tax-free operations and deliver an even higher level of hospitality to your customers.

Purchase record information must be transmitted to the National Tax Agency's Tax-Free Sales Management System via an Authorized Transmission Service Provider approved by the tax office director.
KSS has obtained approval as an "Authorized Transmission Service Provider."
We offer a desktop-type reader that can automatically read passports simply by placing them, as well as a space-saving handheld type.
If purchase data is already available in your tax-free system, we can also provide an API that transmits only the data to the National Tax Agency.

Simply place the passport on the reader for fast and efficient processing.
We also provide a system that can integrate data with your POS.

Passport ScanningIt is possible to read the necessary information for the purchase record sheet
—such as passport number, name, nationality, and date of birth—directly from the passport.
※) Arrival date, residence status, and other details must be entered manually.
POS Data IntegrationBy simply scanning the receipt, sales data from the POS can be linked and printed on the purchase record sheet.
Even if multiple purchases are made on the same day, tax-free processing can be completed collectively.
※) This feature is limited to specific manufacturers and models.

KSS's tax-free system, "TAXTIS," operates through two components:
① TAXTIS App: Runs on the local network and mainly handles reading passport information and entering purchase details.
② TAXTIS Cloud: Runs on the cloud and mainly handles corrections to data sent to the National Tax Agency and maintenance of master data.
