Handling of Personal Information

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We use our customers' personal information only within the scope of the following purposes.

• To properly carry out system development work entrusted to us by other businesses, when we are entrusted with the handling of all or part of personal information for that purpose
• To provide information about, and to deliver, product support and after-sales service
• To communicate, negotiate, and hold meetings regarding transactions with customers
• To provide information about surveys, exhibitions, seminars, and similar events
• To respond to inquiries or requests from customers
• For other purposes that have been clearly disclosed to and agreed to by customers in advance. If it becomes necessary to use a customer's personal information beyond the scope disclosed at the time it was provided, we will inform the customer of that purpose in advance and use the information only after obtaining their consent.

2. Entrustment or Provision of Personal Information

We will not entrust or provide personal information received from customers to third parties, except in the following cases.

• When we have obtained the customer's consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
• When personal information is entrusted to an outside company under an outsourcing agreement. In such cases, we select entrusted parties that meet our own criteria, and appropriately supervise them, including through contracts concerning the handling of personal information, to ensure that adequate security management is maintained.
• When a business is succeeded due to a merger, company split, transfer of business, or other reason

Notwithstanding the above, we may provide a customer's name, address, phone number, email address, and similar information to our business partners or the seller of a given product, when we judge it appropriate for them to respond to a customer's inquiry regarding repairs, service, or products. In such cases, the customer may request that we stop providing their personal information to the relevant company.

5. Procedures for Requesting Disclosure

• When a customer makes any of the following requests regarding their own personal information that we hold, we respond in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. • When making an inquiry or a disclosure request, you will be asked to present identification documents. If a request is made through a representative, we will also require a power of attorney and identification confirming the representative's identity.
• Examples of acceptable identification: driver's license, passport, health insurance card, Basic Resident Register card, pension handbook, etc.

Other Matters

• Please note that some of the services we provide cannot be used unless a customer provides their personal information.
• Customers aged 15 or under must provide personal information only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• We cannot take responsibility for the protection of a customer's personal information on other companies' websites linked from our website.
