Quotation Entry FunctionIn addition to fixed quotation forms, users can create quotation layouts in Excel and generate quotations with fully customizable formats. Since the system can reference process and material costs for each drawing, quotations can be created while checking gross profit and gross profit margin.
Order Entry, Process Registration, and Material OrderingOrder entry can be performed by linking data from quotations. Manufacturing instruction sheets and drawings can also be printed. Since the manufacturing instruction sheets include barcodes for each process, they can be used for performance tracking with handheld terminals.
Process Instructions and Material OrderingProcess details and material order information are linked from quotations, allowing entry of supplier information and planned ordering dates for outsourced processes and materials.
Process Load InquiryYou can view process status for each order, as well as workload by machine and personnel. In order-based process views, scheduling can be set using drag-and-drop mouse operations. Workload balancing can also be adjusted by moving orders or selecting multiple items.
Cost ManagementBoth estimated and actual cost reports can be viewed in list form. Cost summaries for work-in-progress orders are also available.
Process Pattern RegistrationProcess patterns and required materials can be standardized and registered by drawing number. By recalling process patterns during quotation creation, quotation processing can be carried out more efficiently.
